How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, processing typically takes 2-3 business days. After that, transit time within the United States is usually 4-9 business days, for a total delivery time of 6-12 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be requested by email at info@lourboutiqe.com before sending any item back. How do I start a return?

To start a return, simply email us at info@lourboutiqe.com with the following information: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and your full name and contact details. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll send you the return shipping address along with detailed instructions. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. My package is lost or damaged, what should I do?

If your package was damaged in transit, please include clear photos of the damage along with the shipping packaging. We'll work directly with the carrier to investigate and find a solution as quickly as possible.
