Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Important: All returns must be requested by email before sending any item back to us.
To initiate your return, please contact us first at info@lourboutiqe.com. In your email, kindly include the following details so we can process your request quickly:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Your full name and contact details
Once we have received and reviewed your request, we will get back to you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return by email will not be accepted. To avoid delays or rejected parcels, always wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any loss or damage during return transport is at the customer's risk until the package reaches us.
The only exception applies in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered in such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs (see section "Damages and Issues" below).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@lourboutiqe.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by first contacting us at info@lourboutiqe.com and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that return shipping for the original item is at the customer's expense.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the refund will cover the price of the returned item(s) only original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable (except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items).
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
