Logistic Team
Our logistics team is the engine behind every order. They check, pack, and ship every parcel personally, so it reaches you quickly and safely.
What's the best part about your job?
That moment right before clocking out, when the last order goes out and we know every package made it. And honestly, the 9am coffee. Sacred.
What do you do when you're not in the warehouse?
Pretty mixed bunch. One of us restores old Vespas, another spends weekends thrift shopping for vintage finds, and our youngest is constantly at concerts. Fashion isn't just our job, most of us actually care about what we wear.
What are you most proud of?
That barely anything gets damaged or lost on our watch. Over the years we've built a rhythm that just works.
What's the strangest order you've ever packed?
A full outfit for a wedding, ordered two days before the ceremony. We pushed it out the same evening to make it in time. The customer sent us a photo from the reception later.
Sales Team
Our sales team is your direct line to us. They answer questions about sizes, materials, and orders, and help you find the right piece for any occasion.
What's the best part about your job?
The stories behind the orders. Who's putting together a look for a first date? Who's finally treating themselves after a tough year? Some really nice conversations come out of that.
What do you do when you're not at your desk?
Travel, concerts, cooking. One of us is obsessed with sneaker drops, another is constantly scouting flea markets, and the third one basically lives in cafés on weekends.
What's the question you get asked most often?
"Does the sizing run true?" Close second: "Will this still look good after ten washes?" We always answer honestly, even when that means saying, "Actually, go with the piece next to it."
What's your favourite customer moment?
A customer once sent us a photo from her wedding, wearing a blazer she bought from us. Emails like that make the whole day.
Product Team
Our product team handpicks every item in the shop. They test quality, fit, and finish before a piece even makes it into the catalogue.
What's the best part about your job?
Holding new products in our hands for the first time. It's always a bit like Christmas. Unbox, look it over, try it on, debate.
What do you do when you're not at the office?
A lot of outdoor stuff. Mountain biking, bouldering, long walks. One of us is really into cooking, another is a hobby photographer, and a colleague restores old furniture on the side.
What do you look for in new products?
Honestly, things we'd wear ourselves. Sounds simple, but it's our best filter.
What's your favourite team debate?
Colours. We can argue for hours about whether olive or sage fits the collection better. Usually the majority decides. Sometimes it's the coffee stain on the sample piece.
Which product has impressed you most recently?
A waterproof bag we tested for three weeks in everyday life, from rainy bike rides to a weekend at the beach. By the end, all three testers agreed: this one has to go in the shop.
